DAIWA® Returns & Refund Policy

The following policies apply for all products fulfilled by DAIWA:

  • We only accept returns if the item shipped to you are defective or damaged.
  • All merchandise returned must be in new condition, unused with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebies supplied.
  • In case of damaged or defective product:
    1. Customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from delivery to our Customer Care Center at (1800) 180 0069 or mail to support1@videotexindia.com for next steps.
    2. DAIWA will arrange our engineer visit within 48 hours of complaint received and will provide resolution accordingly.
    3. If replacement needed, we will arrange shipping of the product back to us within 5 days from delivery – Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
    4. DAIWA will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
  • DAIWA is in no way responsible for any damage/fault if product was opened or installed through any unauthorized person.
  • In case of issues during the warranty period, contact our service centre.
  • We do not offer any cash refunds.
